The LSD acquired 20,000 m² of land, whereof 6,000 m² were in the zone for building and 14,000 m² for agricultural use. Within a year, a rezoning of the area was made. In addition to the 6,000 m², 2,000 m² were converted into building land, resulting in a valid urban plan developed for the condominium, constructed street and supply lines.
