The concept for this development was a settlement, which completely disappears in the slope and thus keeps the lake view and increasing the value of neighboring lots intended for further development. An important aspect of this development was the ecology. On one hand, the built area was given back to nature, on the other the apartments in this settlement had low energy consumption. They were designed according to the solar house principle of Socrates (see no.30) benefiting from the mild microclimate of the region.
